Disclosed are an organic light-emitting diode display and a method for manufacturing same. The method comprises: manufacturing a planarization layer (12) on an auxiliary electrode (11), wherein the planarization layer (12) is provided with an opening area (121); manufacturing, on the planarization layer (12), a transparent conductive layer (13) and a pixel definition layer (14), and carrying out patterning processing thereon, so that the transparent conductive layer (13) and the pixel definition layer (14) both shield the opening area (121) close to a non-display area side; and evaporating a cathode (17) on the pixel definition layer (14), wherein the cathode (17) partially covers the auxiliary electrode (11).

L’invention concerne un afficheur à diodes électroluminescentes organiques et son procédé de fabrication. Le procédé comprend : la fabrication d'une couche de planarisation (12) sur une électrode auxiliaire (11), la couche de planarisation (12) étant pourvue d'une zone d'ouverture (121); la fabrication, sur la couche de planarisation (12), d'une couche conductrice transparente (13) et d'une couche de définition de pixel (14), et la réalisation d'un traitement de formation de motifs sur celle-ci, de telle sorte que la couche conductrice transparente (13) et la couche de définition de pixels (14) protègent toutes les deux la zone d'ouverture (121) proche d'un côté de zone de non-afficheur; et l'évaporation d'une cathode (17) sur la couche de définition de pixels (14), la cathode (17) recouvrant partiellement l'électrode auxiliaire (11).
