A tool interchange for a submersible remote operated vehicle (ROV) arm includes a first interchange body that affixes to an ROV arm. A second interchange body is carried by the first interchange body to rotate on a rotation axis. The second interchange body includes a tool mount actuable between gripping an ROV tool to the second interchange body and releasing the ROV tool from the second interchange body. An inductive power coupling part is provided in the tool mount. The inductive power coupling part is presented outwardly in the tool mount opposite the first interchange body, resides on the rotation axis and is fixed with respect to the first interchange body while the second interchange body rotates. The inductive power coupling part is adapted to inductively communicate power with a corresponding inductor power coupling part of the ROV tool when the ROV tool is docked in the tool mount.

L'invention concerne un échange d'outil pour un bras de véhicule télécommandé (ROV) submersible qui comprend un premier corps d'échange qui se fixe à un bras de ROV. Un second corps d'échange est porté par le premier corps d'échange pour tourner sur un axe de rotation. Le second corps d'échange comprend un support d'outil qui peut être actionné entre un accrochage d'un outil de ROV au second corps d'échange et une séparation de l'outil de ROV du second corps d'échange. Une partie de couplage de puissance inductive est disposée dans le support d'outil. La partie de couplage de puissance inductive est présentée vers l'extérieur dans le support d'outil opposé au premier corps d'échange, réside sur l'axe de rotation et est fixe par rapport au premier corps d'échange tandis que le second corps d'échange tourne. La partie de couplage de puissance inductive est conçue pour communiquer par induction avec une partie de couplage de puissance d'inducteur correspondante de l'outil de ROV lorsque l'outil de ROV est fixé dans le support d'outil.
