The present disclosure relates to biocompatible injectable compositions. The provided compositions comprise or consist of silk fibroin, hyaluronic acid, horseradish peroxidase, hydrogen peroxide, and water. The injectable composition is tunable and may be adapted to have a gelation time from 3 minutes to 20 minutes, a storage modulus of 6 Pa to 4000 Pa, be injectable through a needle having a size from 32 G to 18 G, have optical transmittance from 75% to 95% for at least one wavelength from 400 nm to 700 nm, have a volume expansion from 5% to 400% relative to an original volume of the hydrogel after soaking in an aqueous solution for 12 hours, and/or have a hydrogel stability by maintaining at least 75% of the storage modulus and the optical transmittance of the hydrogel after 6 months in vivo. The present disclosure provides methods for making and using the same.

La présente invention concerne des compositions injectables et biocompatibles. Les compositions selon l'invention consistent en fibroïnes de soie, en acide hyaluronique, en peroxydase de raifort, en peroxyde d'hydrogène et en eau ou comportent ces constituants. La composition injectable est ajustable et peut être adaptée afin d'avoir un temps de gélification compris entre 3 minutes et 20 minutes, un module de conservation compris entre 6 Pa et 4 000 Pa, afin d'être injectable par une aiguille dont la taille est comprise entre 32 G et 18 G, afin d'avoir un facteur de transmission optique compris entre 75 % et 95 % pour au moins une longueur d'onde comprise entre 400 nm et 700 nm, d'avoir une expansion volumique comprise entre 5 % et 400 % par rapport au volume d'origine de l'hydrogel après avoir été plongé dans une solution aqueuse pendant 12 heures, et/ou d'avoir une stabilité de l'hydrogel par maintien d'au moins 75 % du module de conservation et du facteur de transmission optique de l'hydrogel après 6 mois in vivo. La présente invention concerne également des procédés de fabrication et des méthodes d'utilisation de la composition.
