Methods and apparatus for wireless transmission and reception of power in a wireless power network are disclosed. The wireless power network comprises a wireless power transmitter configured to transmit RF power to at least one wireless power receiver. A method of transmitting power in a wireless power network is disclosed, wherein the wireless power network comprises a wireless power transmitter in bidirectional communication with at least one wireless power receiver. A wireless power transmitter capable of transmitting power to at least one wireless power receiver is also disclosed. In some embodiments, the wireless power transmitter comprises an application processor operably coupled to a plurality of wireless power transmitter channels. A wireless power receiver is also disclosed. The wireless power receiver may be configured to convert an RF power signal to direct current (DC).

L'invention concerne des procédés et appareils destinés à transmettre et recevoir de l'énergie dans un réseau d'alimentation sans fil. Le réseau d'alimentation sans fil comprend un émetteur d'énergie sans fil configuré pour transmettre une puissance RF à au moins un récepteur d'énergie sans fil. L'invention concerne un procédé de transmission d'énergie dans un réseau d'alimentation sans fil, le réseau d'alimentation sans fil comprenant un émetteur d'énergie sans fil en communication bidirectionnelle avec au moins un récepteur d'énergie sans fil. L'invention concerne également un émetteur d'énergie sans fil capable de transmettre de l'énergie à au moins un récepteur d'énergie sans fil. Dans certains modes de réalisation, l'émetteur d'énergie sans fil comprend un processeur d'application couplé fonctionnellement à une pluralité de canaux d'émetteur d'énergie sans fil. L’invention concerne également un récepteur de puissance sans fil. Le récepteur d'énergie sans fil peut être configuré pour convertir un signal de puissance RF en courant continu (CC).
