Abstract

Techniques are described for determining a pre-morbid shape of an anatomical object. Processing circuitry may determine an aligned shape based on image data with under- or over-segmentation. The processing circuitry may utilize the aligned shape and a shape model such as a mean shape model of the anatomical object to register the aligned shape to the shape model and generate information indicative of the pre-morbid shape of the anatomical object.

L'invention concerne des techniques de détermination d'une forme prémorbide d'un objet anatomique. Un ensemble circuit de traitement peut déterminer une forme alignée sur la base de données d'image avec une sous-segmentation ou une sur-segmentation. L'ensemble circuit de traitement peut utiliser la forme alignée et un modèle de forme tel qu'un modèle de forme moyen de l'objet anatomique de sorte à enregistrer la forme alignée sur le modèle de forme et à générer des informations faisant état de la forme prémorbide de l'objet anatomique.
