This invention is a new process of manufacturing hollow plastic parts by using a blow molding method which has a reinforcing material made of foam inserted into the plastic part during the process of blow molding, and by designing a mold to have holes for blowing air onto the surface of the mold. The objective is to push back the wall of the plastic part, inside of which is still in a melting condition, to touch the surface of the reinforcing material made of foam. This process is done by using different air pressure between air blowing into the plastic part and air blowing on the surface of the mold, thus helping both surfaces to be bonded completely and creating a composite structure or a sandwich-like structure. This kind of structure is relatively much stronger than the common single wall hollow plastic part or single wall hollow plastic part with reinforcing bone inside available at present.

La présente invention concerne un nouveau processus de fabrication de pièces creuses en plastique au moyen d'un procédé de moulage par soufflage qui comprend un matériau de renfort en mousse inséré dans la pièce en plastique pendant le processus de moulage par soufflage, et par la conception d'un moule de sorte qu'il comprenne des trous pour souffler de l'air sur la surface du moule. L'objectif est de repousser la paroi de la pièce en plastique, qui se trouve à l'intérieur encore dans un état de fusion, jusqu'à toucher la surface du matériau de renfort en mousse. Ce processus est réalisé au moyen d'une pression d'air différente entre l'air soufflé dans la pièce en plastique et l'air soufflé sur la surface du moule, ce qui permet d'aider les deux surfaces à être liées complètement et de créer une structure composite ou une structure de type sandwich. Ce type de structure est relativement bien plus solide que la pièce creuse en plastique à paroi unique commune ou que la pièce creuse en plastique à paroi unique à noyau dur de renfort à l'intérieur actuellement disponible.
