Abstract

A method of operating a node, for inter-node discovery, in a telecommunication network, the node being configured for Integrated Access and Backhaul (IAB) is provided. The method includes the steps of defining a Synchronization Signal Block (SSB) Transmission Configuration (STC) comprising information elements related to one or more of numerology, periodicity, offset, duration, SSB index, or location in the frequency domain; and transmitting, by the node, an SSB or SSB burst set according to the information elements in the STC.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fonctionnement d'un nœud, pour la découverte entre nœuds, dans un réseau de télécommunication, le nœud étant configuré pour un accès et une liaison terrestre intégrés (IAB pour Integrated Access and Backhaul). Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant à définir une configuration de transmission de bloc de signal de synchronisation (SSB pour Synchronization Signal Block) comprenant des éléments d'informations associés à une numérologie et/ou à une périodicité et/ou à un décalage et/ou à une durée et/ou à un index de bloc SSB et/ou à un emplacement dans le domaine fréquentiel ; et à transmettre, au moyen du nœud, un bloc SSB ou un ensemble de rafales de bloc SSB en fonction des éléments d'informations dans le STC.
