The present invention pertains to: a method for analyzing methylation levels at specific CpG sites in genomic DNA in order to provide information needed to diagnose thyroid cancer or determine the prognosis of thyroid cancer; and a composition for diagnosing thyroid cancer or determining the prognosis of thyroid cancer. According to the present invention, thyroid cancer can be easily and accurately diagnosed at low cost from biological samples.

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'analyse de niveaux de méthylation à des sites CpG spécifiques dans de l'ADN génomique afin de fournir des informations nécessaires au diagnostic du cancer de la thyroïde ou de déterminer le pronostic du cancer de la thyroïde; et une composition pour le diagnostic du cancer de la thyroïde ou la détermination du pronostic du cancer de la thyroïde. Selon la présente invention, le cancer de la thyroïde peut être diagnostiqué facilement et avec précision à faible coût à partir d'échantillons biologiques.

본 발명은 갑상선암의 진단 또는 갑상선암의 예후 판단에 필요한 정보를 제공하기 위해 지놈 DNA내의 특정 CpG 부위에서의 메틸화 수준을 분석하는 방법, 갑상선암의 진단용 또는 갑상선암의 예후 판단용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면 생물학적 시료로부터 갑상선암을 저비용으로 간편하고 정확하게 진단할 수 있다.
