The present invention relates to a rotary device for tidal or wave power generation, wherein the rotary device has a novel structure which can improve power generation efficiency by always rotating in the same direction with respect to all of the flow directions of a fluid, can obtain maximum torque from the flow of the fluid due to a blade member always maintaining a constant angle with respect to the flow direction of the fluid irrespective of the flow velocity of the fluid, and can prevent foreign matter from accumulating.

La présente invention concerne un dispositif rotatif pour la production d'énergie marémotrice ou houlomotrice. Le dispositif rotatif comprend une nouvelle structure qui peut améliorer l'efficacité de production d'énergie en tournant toujours dans le même sens par rapport à toutes les directions d'écoulement d'un fluide, obtenir un couple maximal à partir de l'écoulement du fluide grâce à un élément de pale qui maintient en permanence un angle constant par rapport au sens d'écoulement du fluide quelle que soit la vitesse d'écoulement du fluide, et empêcher l'accumulation de corps étrangers.

본 발명은 유체의 모든 유동 방향에 대하여 항상 동일한 방향으로 회전하여 발전효율을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 또한 유체의 유동 속도에 무관하게 날개 부재가 유체의 유동 방향에 대하여 항상 일정한 각도를 유지하여 유체의 유동으로부터 최대 회전력을 얻어낼 수 있으며, 이물질이 집적되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 새로운 구조의 조력 또는 파력 발전을 위한 회전 장치에 관한 것이다.
