This filtering material has a layered structure in which a first polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) porous film, a first air-permeable support material, a second PTFE porous film, and a second air-permeable support material are layered in that order. The first PTFE porous film forms one exposed surface of the filtering material. The ratio of the permeability of the first PTFE porous film to that of the second PTFE porous film is at least 100. This filtering material includes a PTFE porous film, facilitates the removal of dust that has accumulated on a surface through use, suppresses decreases in filtering performance due to dust removal work, and has outstanding reusability. The permeability is determined from the collection efficiency of the PTFE porous films, measured at a permeation flow rate of 5.3 cm/s using monodispersed dioctyl sebacate particles with an average particle diameter of 0.1 µm, using the formula: permeability (%) = 100 − collection efficiency (%).

L'invention concerne un matériau de filtration qui comprend une structure en couches dans laquelle un premier film poreux de polytétrafluoroéthylène (PTFE), un premier matériau de support perméable à l'air, un second film poreux de PTFE et un second matériau de support perméable à l'air sont stratifiés dans cet ordre. Le premier film poreux en PTFE forme une surface exposée du matériau de filtration. Le rapport entre la perméabilité du premier film poreux de PTFE et celle du second film poreux de PTFE est d'au moins 100. Ce matériau de filtration comprend un film poreux de PTFE, facilite l'élimination de poussière qui s'est accumulée sur une surface par utilisation, supprime des diminutions de performance de filtrage dues à un travail d'élimination de poussière, et présente une aptitude à la réutilisation remarquable. 本開示のフィルタ濾材は、第1のポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)多孔質膜、第1の通気性支持材、第2のPTFE多孔質膜及び第2の通気性支持材がこの順に積層された積層構造を有する。第1のPTFE多孔質膜は、フィルタ濾材の一方の露出面を構成する。第2のPTFE多孔質膜の透過率に対する第1のPTFE多孔質膜の透過率の比は、100以上である。本開示のフィルタ濾材は、PTFE多孔質膜を含むフィルタ濾材であって、使用により表面に堆積したダストを除去しやすく、かつ、ダストの除去作業による濾過性能の低下が抑制された再使用性に優れる濾材である。透過率は、平均粒子径0.1μmの単分散セバシン酸ジオクチル粒子を用いて透過流速5.3cm/秒において測定したPTFE多孔質膜の捕集効率から、式:透過率(%)=100-捕集効率(%)により求められる。
