Abstract

This hot-stamping molded article has a predetermined chemical composition. The metal structure of the hot-stamping molded article includes, in area%, more than 60.0% of ferrite, 0% or more but less than 20.0% of martensite, and 0% or more but less than 20.0% of bainite. The hot-stamping molded article has a tensile strength less than 700 MPa, and has a ΔTS, which is the reduction level of the tensile strength, of 100 MPa or less when being subjected to a heating process for 20 minutes at 170°C.

L'article moulé estampé à chaud de l'invention présente une composition chimique prédéfinie. La structure métallique dudit article moulé estampé à chaud contient, en % en surface, plus de 60,0% d'une ferrite, 0% ou plus et moins de 20,0% d'une martensite, et 0% ou plus et moins de 20,0% d'une bainite. La résistance à la traction dudit article moulé estampé à chaud, est inférieure à 700MPa, et ΔTS qui consiste en la quantité de baisse de ladite résistance à la traction lorsqu'un traitement thermique d'une durée de 20 minutes à 170°C est exécuté, est inférieur ou égal à 100MPa.
