The present invention addresses the problem of providing expandable methyl methacrylate resin particles having a narrow particle size distribution, producing a good yield, and having excellent expandability and moldability. This problem can be solved by expandable methyl methacrylate resin particles including: a base material resin containing a specific amount of methyl methacrylate unit and a specific amount of acrylic acid ester unit as a structural unit; and an expanding agent. The average particle diameter is 0.6 to 1.0 mm, and the variation coefficient of particle diameters is no more than 20%.

La présente invention aborde le problème de la fourniture de particules de résine de méthacrylate de méthyle expansibles ayant une distribution de taille de particule étroite, produisant un bon rendement, et ayant une excellente capacité d'expansion et une excellente aptitude au moulage. Ce problème peut être résolu par des particules de résine de méthacrylate de méthyle expansibles comprenant : une résine matériau de base contenant une quantité spécifique de motifs de méthacrylate de méthyle et une quantité spécifique de motifs d'ester d'acide acrylique en tant que motif structural ; et un agent d'expansion. Le diamètre moyen de particule est de 0,6 à 1,0 mm, et le coefficient de variation des diamètres de particule n'est pas supérieur à 20 %.

本発明は、粒度分布が狭く収率が良好であり、発泡性および成形性に優れた発泡性メタクリル酸メチル系樹脂粒子を提供することを課題とする。構成単位として特定量のメタクリル酸メチル単位及び特定量のアクリル酸エステル単位を含む基材樹脂と、発泡剤とを含み、平均粒径が0.6~1.0mmであり、かつ、粒径の変動係数が20%以下である、発泡性メタクリル酸メチル系樹脂粒子により前記課題を達成できる。
