This sound-absorbing material 50 comprises: a felt-like fiber body 51 containing 15 to 70% by weight of a fine fiber having a fineness of one denier or less, 20 to 60% by weight of a hollow fiber having a cavity in the interior thereof, and 10 to 40% by weight of a binder fiber binding the fibers to one another; and a non-woven fabric 52 layered on the surface of the felt-like fiber body 51. The non-woven fabric 52 contains a plurality of long fibers that have been stretched and arranged along one direction, the mean fiber diameter for the plurality of long fibers being 1 to 4 μm. In addition, the thickness of the sound-absorbing material 50 is 8 to 45 mm, and the bulk density of the sound-absorbing material 50 is 20 kg/m3 or lower.

La présente invention concerne un matériau absorbant acoustique (50) comprenant : un corps de fibre de type feutre (51) contenant de 15 à 70 % en poids d'une fibre fine ayant une finesse inférieure ou égale à un denier, de 20 à 60 % en poids d'une fibre creuse comprenant une cavité en son sein et de 10 à 40 % en poids d'une fibre liante reliant les fibres les unes aux autres ; et un non-tissé (52) stratifié sur la surface du corps de fibre de type feutre (51). Le non-tissé (52) contient une pluralité de fibres longues qui ont été étirées et agencées le long d'une direction, le diamètre moyen de fibres pour la pluralité de fibres longues étant de 1 à 4 µm. De plus, l'épaisseur du matériau absorbant acoustique (50) est de 8 à 45 mm et la masse volumique apparente du matériau absorbant acoustique (50) est inférieure ou égale à 20 kg/m3.

吸音材50は、繊度が1デニール以下の細繊維を15~70重量%、内部に空洞を有する中空繊維を20~60重量%及び繊維同士を結合させるバインダー繊維を10~40重量%含むフェルト状繊維体51と、フェルト状繊維体51の表面に積層された不織布52と、を有する。不織布52は、延伸され且つ一方向に沿って配列された複数の長繊維を含み、前記複数の長繊維の平均繊維径が1~4μmである。また、吸音材50の厚みは、8~45mmであり、吸音材50の嵩密度は、20kg/m以下である。
