A medical system (1) is provided with: a light source (2) that irradiates an imaging object (9) with light; an imaging device (3) that captures reflected light from the imaging object (9) that is irradiated with the light; and a noise reduction processing means (412) that acquires a plurality of images that have been captured by the imaging device (3), and performs noise reduction processing on one image of interest among the plurality of images. The noise reduction processing means (412) uses the image N (N is an integer greater than or equal to 2) frames before the image of interest as a reference image.

La présente invention concerne un système médical (1) doté : d'une source de lumière (2) qui expose un objet d'imagerie (9) à de la lumière ; d'un dispositif d'imagerie (3) qui capture la lumière réfléchie par l'objet d'imagerie (9) qui est exposé à de la lumière ; et d'un moyen de traitement de réduction de bruit (412) qui acquiert une pluralité d'images qui ont été capturées par le dispositif d'imagerie (3), et effectue un traitement de réduction de bruit sur une image d'intérêt parmi la pluralité d'images. Le moyen de traitement de réduction de bruit (412) utilise les N trames d'image (N est un nombre entier supérieur ou égal à 2) avant l'image d'intérêt en tant qu'image de référence.
