La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de corps stratifié comprenant une étape de stratification, consistant à stratifier un côté de couche de transfert thermique d'une feuille de transfert thermique comprenant une feuille de dégagement et une couche de transfert thermique sur au moins une partie de la surface d'un élément de résine par thermoliage, la feuille de dégagement ayant un coefficient de dilatation thermique β tel que -15 % ≦ β ≦ +7,5 %, à une température de moulage Tβ °C de l'étape de stratification.
