Abstract

Provided is an affinity support having an improved target-protein-binding capacity. An immunoglobulin-binding protein containing at least one mutant immunoglobulin-binding domain; and an affinity support comprising a solid support having the immunoglobulin-binding protein bonded thereto. The mutant immunoglobulin-binding domain comprises an amino acid sequence having at least 85% identity to an amino acid sequence represented by any one of SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 12 and having a specific mutation.

L'invention concerne un support d'affinité ayant une capacité de liaison à une protéine cible améliorée. L'invention concerne également une protéine de liaison à l'immunoglobuline contenant au moins un domaine de liaison à l'immunoglobuline mutant ; et un support d'affinité ayant un support solide auquel la protéine de liaison à l'immunoglobuline est liée. Le domaine de liaison à l'immunoglobuline mutant comprend une séquence d'acides aminés ayant au moins 85 % d'identité avec une séquence d'acides aminés représentée par l'une quelconque des SEQ ID NO : 1 à 12 et ayant une mutation spécifique.
