The present invention can automatically calculate the location of a positioner when the same is holding a workpiece, and improves work efficiency by automating work to determine the location of the positioner. Provided is a welding system (1) which uses a welding device (30) and a positioner (40) to weld a workpiece (W), and has a control device (50) controlling the welding device (30) and the positioner (40). The positioner (40) comprises: a workpiece location setting mechanism (41) which has reference location information; and at least one holding mechanism (10) which holds the workpiece (W). The control device (50) has a positioner location calculation means (51a) which, on the basis of the reference location information received from the workpiece location setting mechanism (41) and workpiece information inputted into the control device (50) in advance, calculates the location of the holding mechanism (10) when the same is holding the workpiece (W).

La présente invention peut calculer automatiquement l'emplacement d'un positionneur lorsque celui-ci maintient une pièce, et améliore le rendement de travail en automatisant le travail de détermination de l'emplacement du positionneur. L'invention concerne un système (1) de soudage qui utilise un dispositif (30) de soudage et un positionneur (40) pour souder une pièce (W), et est doté d'un dispositif (50) de commande commandant le dispositif (30) de soudage et le positionneur (40). Le positionneur (40) comporte: un mécanisme (41) de réglage d'emplacement de pièce qui possède des informations d'emplacement de référence; et au moins un mécanisme (10) de maintien qui maintient la pièce (W). Le dispositif (50) de commande est doté d'un moyen (51a) de calcul d'emplacement de positionneur qui, sur la base des informations d'emplacement de référence reçues en provenance du mécanisme (41) de réglage d'emplacement de pièce et d'informations de pièce introduites à l'avance dans le dispositif (50) de commande, calcule l'emplacement du mécanisme (10) de maintien lorsque celui-ci maintient la pièce (W).

ワークを把持する際のポジショナの位置を自動的に算出することができ、ポジショナの位置決め作業を自動化して作業効率の向上を図る。溶接装置(30)及びポジショナ(40)を用いてワーク(W)を溶接する溶接システム(1)は、溶接装置(30)及びポジショナ(40)を制御する制御装置(50)を有する。ポジショナ(40)は、基準位置情報を有するワーク位置設定機構(41)と、ワーク(Wを)把持する少なくとも1つの把持機構(10)を備える。制御装置(50)は、ワーク位置設定機構(41)から与えられる基準位置情報と、あらかじめ制御装置(50)に入力されたワーク情報に基づいて、ワーク(W)を把持する際の把持機構(10)の位置を算出するポジショナ位置算出手段(51a)を有する。
