Abstract

An analog-to-digital circuit (600) that digitizes an analog voltage. The analog-to-digital circuit includes plural comparators (610ij) functionally connected to form a tree (610) that has levels i, and each level i has branches j, and an encoder (640) connected to the plural comparators (610ij) and configured to generate a digitized value of an input analog voltage. Each comparator (610ij) from a level i has first and second outputs, and each of the first and second outputs is electrically connected to an input of different comparators from a next level i+1 of the tree (610).

La présente invention concerne un circuit analogique-numérique (600) qui numérise une tension analogique. Le circuit analogique-numérique comprend plusieurs comparateurs (610ij) connectés fonctionnellement pour former un arbre (610) qui a des niveaux i, et chaque niveau i a des branches j, et un codeur (640) connecté aux multiples comparateurs (610ij) et configuré pour générer une valeur numérisée d'une tension analogique d'entrée. Chaque comparateur (610ij) à partir d'un niveau i a des première et seconde sorties, et chacune des première et seconde sorties est connectée électriquement à une entrée de différents comparateurs à partir d'un niveau suivant i+1 de l'arbre (610).
