The invention relates to A kit of parts suitable for preparing a cured biocompatible polymer material, the kit comprising at least 2 containers each containing a fluid component, which components -when mixed- form a fluid curable biocompatible polymer composition, which upon curing forms the cured biocompatible silicone polymer material, wherein a first container comprises a fluid component A, which component A comprises a. A divinyl substituted polydimethylsiloxane A1 (PDMS A1) having a viscosity between 50 and 600 cSt at 25 °C, b. Optionally a divinyl substituted polydimethylsiloxane A2 (PDMS A2) having a viscosity between 1000 and 20000 cSt at 25 °C, c. A Pt catalyst soluble in Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) d. Optionally a hydrophobic fumed silica FSA having been partially surface treated e. Optionally a crosslinker A3 having more than 2 vinylgroups per molecule and wherein a second container comprises a fluid component B, which component B comprises, f. Optionally a dihydride substituted polydimethylsiloxane B1 (PDMS B1) having a viscosity between 50 and 600 cSt, g. Optionally a dihydride substituted polydimethylsiloxane B2 (PDMS B2) having a viscosity between 1000 and 20000 cSt at 25 °C, h. Optionally a hydrophobic fumed silica FSB having been partially surface treated i. a crosslinker B3 having more than 2 hydrosilyl groups, wherein the amount of FSA and FSB ranges between 2 and 30 wt% relative to the total weight of component A + component B and wherein components A and B when mixed form a composition having a viscosity of at least 10 Pa.s when sheared at 1 s-1, and a viscosity below 2.7 Pa.s when sheared at 600 s'1 and wherein the viscosity of the composition recovers quickly after shearing has stopped.

L'invention concerne un kit de pièces adapté à la préparation d'un matériau polymère biocompatible durci, le kit comprenant au moins 2 récipients contenant chacun un composant fluide, lesquels composants, lorsqu'ils sont mélangés, forment une composition de polymère biocompatible durcissable par fluide, qui, lors du durcissement, forme le matériau polymère de silicone biocompatible durci. Un premier récipient comprend un composant fluide A, ledit composant A comporte a) un polydiméthylsiloxane A1 (PDMS A1) substitué par un divinyle ayant une viscosité comprise entre 50 et 600 cSt à 25 °C, b) éventuellement un polydiméthylsiloxane A2 (PDMS A2) substitué par un divinyle ayant une viscosité comprise entre 1 000 et 20 000 cSt à 25 °C, c) un catalyseur Pt soluble dans du polydiméthylsiloxane (PDMS), d) éventuellement une silice sublimée hydrophobe FSA ayant été partiellement traitée en surface, et e) éventuellement un agent de réticulation A3 ayant plus de 2 groupes vinyliques par molécule. Un second récipient comprend un composant fluide B, ledit composant B comporte, f) éventuellement, un polydiméthylsiloxane B1 (PDMS B1) substitué par un dihydrure ayant une viscosité comprise entre 50 et 600 cSt, G) éventuellement un polydiméthylsiloxane B2 (PDMS B2) substitué par un dihydrure ayant une viscosité comprise entre 1 000 et 20 000 cSt à 25 °C, h) éventuellement une silice sublimée hydrophobe FSB ayant été partiellement traitée en surface et i) un agent de réticulation B3 ayant plus de 2 groupes hydrosilyle. La quantité de FSA et FSB est comprise entre 2 et 30 % en poids par rapport au poids total des composants A+B et les composants A et B, lorsqu'ils sont mélangés, forment une composition ayant une viscosité d'au moins 10 Pa.s lorsqu'elle est cisaillée à 1 s-1, et une viscosité inférieure à 2,7 Pa.s lorsqu'elle est cisaillée à 600 s'1. La viscosité de la composition revient rapidement à la normale une fois que le cisaillement s'est arrêté.
