A fermented food product or food supplement comprising a vegetable substrate fermented by a probiotic blend is disclosed. The fermented food product or food supplement according to the invention is useful in particular for improving natural maternity, lactation and baby weaning. The invention also discloses a process for the preparation of the fermented food product or food supplement comprising the fermentation of a vegetal substrate with the probiotic blend.

L'invention concerne un produit alimentaire fermenté ou un complément alimentaire comprenant un substrat végétal fermenté par un mélange probiotique. Le produit alimentaire fermenté ou le complément alimentaire selon l'invention est utile en particulier pour améliorer la maternité naturelle, la lactation et le sevrage du bébé. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation du produit alimentaire fermenté ou d'un complément alimentaire comprenant la fermentation d'un substrat végétal avec le mélange probiotique.
