Es wird ein Verfahren zum Engineering eines Automatisierungssystems (A) offenbart. Vor der Inbetriebnahme eines Automatisierungssystems (A) wird diese üblicherweise getestet. Für jede reale Komponente (OS1,OS2,AS1,AS2) wird ein sog. digitaler Zwilling bzw. eine virtuelle Komponente (VOS1,VOS2,VAS1,VAS2) erzeugt und diese auf einen Server (ES,S) geladen, um an Stelle der realen Komponenten die Funktion dieser simuliert auszuführen. Ein Benutzer kann somit während des Engineerings, verschiedene reale Komponenten mit virtuellen Komponenten ersetzen und die Funktion des Automatisierungssystems überprüfen bzw. simulieren. Auf diese Weise ist eine betriebsparallele Optimierung von Automatisierungssystemen oder eine koexistente, sichere, flexible und stufenweise Inbetriebnahme von Automatisierungsprogrammen und Anlagenbildern möglich.

The invention relates to a method for engineering an automation system (A). An automation system (A) is usually tested before being put into operation. For each real component (OS1, OS2, AS1, AS2), a so-called digital twin or a virtual component (VOS1, VO2, VAS1, VAS2) is generated and loaded onto a server (ES, S) in order to perform the function of the real components in a simulated manner in place of said real components. It is thus possible for a user to replace various real components with virtual components during the engineering process and to check or simulate the function of the automation system. This makes it possible to perform a synchronous optimisation of automation systems or to put automation programmes and system displays into operation in a coexistent, safe, flexible, and incremental manner.

L’invention concerne un procédé d’ingénierie d'un système d'automatisation (A). Avant la mise en service un système d'automatisation (A), il est généralement testé. Pour chaque composant réel (OS1,OS2,AS1,AS2), un dit jumeau numérique ou un composant virtuel (VOS1,VOS2,VAS1,VAS2) est créé et chargé sur un serveur (ES,S) afin de simuler la fonction des composants réels à la place des composants réels. Un utilisateur peut ainsi remplacer divers composants réels par des composants virtuels pendant la phase d'ingénierie et vérifier ou simuler le fonctionnement du système d'automatisation. Il est ainsi possible d'optimiser en parallèle les systèmes d'automatisation ou de faire coexister une mise en service sûre, flexible et progressive des programmes d'automatisation et des affichages de l'installation.
