Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schweißmaschine (1) zum Verschweißen von freien Enden (2a) von Stableitern (2) eines Stators (3) einer elektrischen Maschine, insbesondere eines Elektromotors, aufweisend - eine Trägerstruktur (4), zum direkten oder indirekten Befestigen des Stators (3), mit einer offen- und schließbaren Schweißmaske (5), - eine Schweißeinrichtung (6), insbesondere eine Laserschweißeinrichtung, wobei die Schweißeinrichtung (6) oberhalb der T rägerstruktur (4) angeordnet ist, und wobei die Trägerstruktur (4) zwischen einer Schweißstellung und einer Beschickungsstellung verbringbar ist, wobei eine erste Seite (9) der Schweißmaske (5) in der Schweißstellung zu der Schweißeinrichtung (6) hinausgerichtet ist und in der Beschickungsstellung nach unten ausgerichtet ist. Die Schweißmaschine erlaubt ein Verschweißen von freien Enden von Stableitern eines Stators einer elektrischen Maschine, wobei der Stator vor Verschmutzungen geschützt ist.

The invention relates to a welding machine (1) for welding free ends (2a) of bar conductors (2) of a stator (3) of an electrical machine, in particular an electric motor, comprising: a support structure (4) for directly or indirectly fastening the stator (3), the support structure having a welding mask (5) that can be opened and closed; a welding device (6), in particular a laser welding device. The welding device (6) is arranged above the support structure (4). The support structure (4) can be moved between a closed position and a loading position. A first side (9) of the welding mask (5) faces the welding device (6) in the welding position and faces downward in the loading position. The welding machine allows free ends of bar conductors of a stator of an electrical machine to be welded while at the same time the stator is protected against contamination.

La présente invention concerne une machine à souder (1) destinée à la soudure d’extrémités libres (2a) de barres conductrices (2) d’un stator (3) d’une machine électrique, en particulier d’un moteur électrique. Ladite machine à souder comprend - une structure porteuse (4) pour la fixation directe ou indirecte du stator (3), avec un masque de soudure (5) pouvant être ouvert et fermé, - un dispositif de soudage (6), en particulier un dispositif de soudage au laser, le dispositif de soudage (6) étant disposé au-dessus de la structure porteuse (4) et la structure porteuse (4) pouvant être amenée entre une position de soudure et une position de charge. Une première face (9) du masque de soudure (5) à la position de soudure est orientée vers le dispositif de soudage (6) et orientée vers le bas dans la position de charge. La machine à souder permet une soudure d’extrémités libres de barres conductrices d’un stator d’une machine électrique, le stator étant protégé contre des salissures.
