Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Kugelgelenks (18) und/oder eines Fahrwerkbauteils (19), bei dem eine Gelenkkugel (1) hergestellt wird, bei dem die Gelenkkugel (1) in ein Spritzgusswerkzeug eingelegt wird, bei dem die Gelenkkugel (1) teilweise mit einem Kunststoffmaterial umgossen wird, und bei dem das Kunststoffmaterial zum Ausbilden eines spritzgegossenen Gelenkgehäuses (2) für die Gelenkkugel (1) ausgehärtet wird. Um die Herstellung des Kugelgelenks (18) zu verbessern, ist das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Ausbilden des Gelenkgehäuses (2) die Gelenkkugel (1) ohne einen Gelenkzapfen (10) verwendet wird, wobei die Gelenkkugel (1) auf zwei voneinander abgewandten Seiten jeweils eine Polfläche (3, 4) aufweist.

The invention relates to a method for producing a ball joint (18) and/or a chassis component (19), in which a joint ball (1) is produced, the joint ball (1) is placed in an injection moulding tool, the joint ball (1) is partially overmoulded with a plastic material, and the plastic material is cured to form an injection-moulded joint housing (2) for the joint ball (1). To improve the production of the ball joint (18), the method is characterized in that to form the joint housing (2), the joint ball (1) is used without a joint pin (10), wherein the joint ball (1) has a pole face (3, 4) on each of two sides facing away from one another.

L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’une articulation sphérique (18) et/ou d’un composant de train de roulement (19), dans lequel une bille d’articulation (1) est fabriquée, dans lequel la bille d’articulation (1) est insérée dans un outil de moulage par injection, dans lequel la bille d’articulation (1) est enrobée par coulée au moins partiellement d’un matériau plastique, et dans lequel le matériau plastique est durci pour la formation d’un boîtier d’articulation (2) pour la bille d’articulation (1). Pour améliorer la fabrication de l’articulation sphérique (18), le procédé est caractérisé en ce que, pour la formation du boîtier d’articulation (2), la bille d’articulation (1) est utilisée sans pivot d’articulation (10), la bille d’articulation (1) présentant sur deux faces opposées l’une à l’autre respectivement une surface polaire (3, 4).
