The invention relates to a process for producing a composite elevator belt having one or more fiber layer, comprising the steps of: a) providing one or more roving having a width (WR) wherein each roving comprises a plurality of fibers; b) spreading the fibers using a spreading apparatus to increase the width (WR); c) impregnating the spread fibers in a resin bath; further treating the impregnated to form a load carrier; characterized in that the plurality of fibers of a first roving undergo process steps (b) and (c) separately from the plurality of fibers of at least one further roving; wherein the plurality fibers of the first roving and the plurality fibers of the at least one further roving undergo process steps (b) to (c) simultaneously.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une courroie élévatrice composite comportant une ou plusieurs couches de fibres. Ledit procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : a) fournir une ou plusieurs mèches ayant une largeur (WR), chaque mèche comprenant une pluralité de fibres; b) étaler les fibres à l'aide d'un appareil d'étalement pour augmenter la largeur (WR); c) imprégner les fibres étalées dans un bain de résine; traiter à nouveau les fibres imprégnées pour former un support de charge; le procédé est caractérisé en ce que la pluralité de fibres d'une première mèche sont soumises aux étapes de traitement (b) et (c) séparément de la pluralité de fibres d'au moins une autre mèche; la pluralité de fibres de la première mèche et la pluralité de fibres de la mèche ou des mèches supplémentaires subissant simultanément les étapes de traitement (b) à (c).
