A spine Cobb angle measurement method and apparatus, a readable storage medium, and a terminal device, relating to the technical field of image analysis, the method comprising: using a pre-trained deep learning network model to perform segmentation processing on a spine X-ray image to obtain a segmentation result image (S201), the segmentation result image being a binary image of a spine area and a non-spine area; from the spine area of the segmentation result image, respectively identifying each spinal block (S202); respectively determining the upper and lower endplate straight line of each spinal block (S203); performing a traversal calculation on the upper and lower endplate straight line of each spinal block, and determining the angle with the largest value to be a spine Cobb angle (S204). The present method implements automatic measurement of a spine Cobb angle in a true sense, and can obtain the required spine Cobb angle without needing staff to perform additional operations, avoiding errors introduced by manual or semi-manual methods of performing spine Cobb angle measurement, and having good reliability.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de mesure d'angle de Cobb de colonne vertébrale, un support d'informations lisible et un dispositif terminal, se rapportant au domaine technique de l'analyse d'image, le procédé consistant : à utiliser un modèle de réseau d'apprentissage profond pré-appris pour effectuer un traitement de segmentation sur une image de rayons X de colonne vertébrale pour obtenir une image de résultat de segmentation (S201), l'image de résultat de segmentation étant une image binaire d'une zone de colonne vertébrale et d'une zone autre que de colonne vertébrale ; à, à partir de la zone de colonne vertébrale de l'image de résultat de segmentation, identifier respectivement chaque bloc de colonne vertébrale (S202) ; à déterminer respectivement la ligne droite de plaque d'extrémité supérieure et inférieure de chaque bloc de colonne vertébrale (S203) ; à réaliser un calcul de traversée sur la ligne droite de plaque d'extrémité supérieure et inférieure de chaque bloc de colonne vertébrale, et à déterminer l'angle présentant la valeur la plus grande comme étant un angle de Cobb de colonne vertébrale (S204). Le présent procédé met en œuvre une mesure automatique d'un angle de Cobb de colonne vertébrale au sens propre, et peut obtenir l'angle de Cobb de colonne vertébrale requis sans nécessiter que du personnel effectue des opérations supplémentaires, évitant les erreurs introduites par des procédés manuels ou semi-manuels de réalisation d'une mesure d'angle de Cobb de colonne vertébrale, et offrant une bonne fiabilité.

一种脊柱Cobb角测量方法、装置、计算机可读存储介质及终端设备,涉及图像分析技术领域,所述方法使用预先训练好的深度学习网络模型对脊柱X光图像进行分割处理,得到分割结果图(S201),所述分割结果图为脊柱区域与非脊柱区域的二值图像;从所述分割结果图的脊柱区域中分别识别出各个脊柱块(S202);分别确定各个脊柱块的上下终板直线(S203);对各个脊柱块的上下终板直线进行遍历计算,将取值最大的夹角确定为脊柱Cobb角(S204)。所述方法实现了真正意义上的脊柱Cobb角自动测量,无需工作人员再进行额外的操作就能得到所需要的脊柱Cobb角,避免了手工或者半手工的方式进行脊柱Cobb角测量所引入的误差,具有更好的可靠性。
