Provided are preparation and application of an alkyl cyclohexanol polyoxyethylene ether emulsifying agent, relating to the technical field of surfactants. Alkyl cyclohexanol polyoxyethylene ether (1-3) and epoxyethane are added, a strong base suspension is used as a catalyst, and nonionic surfactant alkyl cyclohexanol polyoxyethylene ether (5-17) is synthesized. The product has good nonionic surfactant characteristics, and the content of residual polyethylene glycol in the product is low. The product with n equal to 7 and 9, such as nonyl cyclohexanol polyoxyethylene ether (7), has an emulsion property similar to nonylphenoxypoly(ethyleneoxy)ethanol (10), and can replace nonylphenoxypoly(ethyleneoxy)ethanol (10) to be used as an emulsifying agent.

L'invention concerne la préparation et l'application d'un agent émulsifiant d'alkyl cyclohexanol polyoxyéthylène éther, se rapportant au domaine technique des tensioactifs. Un alkyl cyclohexanol polyoxyéthylène éther (1-3) et un époxyéthane sont ajoutés, une suspension de base forte est utilisée en tant que catalyseur, et un alkyl cyclohexanol polyoxyéthylène éther tensioactif non ionique (5-17) est synthétisé. Le produit présente de bonnes caractéristiques de tensioactif non ionique, et la teneur en polyéthylène glycol résiduel dans le produit est faible. Le produit avec n égal à 7 et 9, tel que le nonyl cyclohexanol polyoxyéthylène éther (7), a une propriété d'émulsion similaire à un nonylphénoxypoly (éthylèneoxy) éthanol (10), et peut remplacer le nonylphénoxypoly (éthylèneoxy) éthanol (10) à utiliser en tant qu'agent émulsifiant.

一种烷基环己醇聚氧乙烯醚乳化剂的制备及应用,属于表面活性剂技术领域。用烷基环己醇聚氧乙烯醚(1-3)与环氧乙烷加成,以强碱悬浮液为催化剂,合成非离子表面活性剂烷基环己醇聚氧乙烯醚(5-17),产品均具有良好的非离子表面活性剂特性,产品中残留聚乙二醇低;其中n=7和9的产品如壬基环己醇聚氧乙烯醚(7)具有与壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(10)相近的乳化性能,可替代壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(10)作为乳化剂使用。
