A display apparatus and an OLED display panel thereof, the OLED display panel comprising a substrate (10), a first OLED pixel unit (11) and a second OLED pixel unit (12), an encapsulation layer (13), a polarising plate (14), and a cover plate (15), a polarising plate opening (14a) between the cover plate (15) and the encapsulation layer (13) being filled with a transparent filling adhesive (16). Firstly, the first OLED pixel unit (11) and the second OLED pixel unit (12) are respectively arranged in a transparent display area (10a) and a non-transparent display area (10b), such that when the two OLED pixel units are driven, the transparent display area (10a) and the non-transparent display area (10b) form a whole screen, and when the first OLED pixel unit (11) is not driven, the transparent display area (10a) executes a light transmission function; secondly, the polarising plate (14) has an opening (14a) in an area corresponding to the transparent display area (10a), increasing the light transmittance; thirdly, there is transparent filling adhesive (16) in the opening (14a), preventing dust from entering; and fourthly, the refractive index of the transparent filling adhesive (16) is greater than the refractive index of air, weakening the flash phenomenon of the polarising plate opening (14a).
