A display device and a display panel (1) thereof, and a pixel drive circuit of the display panel (1). By changing the width-to-length ratio of a drive transistor (X2) in the pixel drive circuit of each sub-pixel or changing the size of a storage capacitor (C) at the same time, the width-to-length ratio of the drive transistors (X2) of sub-pixels of the same color (11a, 11b, 11c) is in direct proportion to a drive current under a same gray scale; or at the same time, the charging saturation of the storage capacitors (C) of the sub-pixels of the same color (11a, 11b, 11c) is the same, the size of the storage capacitors (C) of the sub-pixels of the same color (11a, 11b, 11c) is in direct proportion to the drive current, and the charging saturation is a difference between an actual charging voltage and a theoretical overshoot voltage of the storage capacitors (C) at the end of a charging stage. By means of configuration of the product structure, a same data voltage is applied to the sub-pixels of the same color (11a, 11b, 11c), and the drive current flowing through the sub-pixels of the same color (11a, 11b, 11c) can achieve a display effect of consistent brightness; in Gamma adjustment, a large number of calculations are carried out on different pixels at different moments in order to obtain data voltages capable of enabling brightness to be consistent, and the requirement for the drive capacity of a drive chip is lowered.
