A solar cell. The solar cell comprises: a substrate (10), and a first buffer layer (21), a first passivation layer (31), and a second buffer layer (22) successively formed on the surface of the substrate (10), wherein the first buffer layer (21) and the second buffer layer (22) can inhibit hydrogen ions to move into the substrate (10) and/or metal ions to move out from the substrate (10). The first buffer layer (21) and the second buffer layer (22) in the solar cell can inhibit the hydrogen ions to move into the substrate (10) and/or the metal ions to move out from the substrate (10), and therefore, the risk of hydrogen-induced attenuation and potential energy-induced attenuation can be effectively reduced.

La présente invention concerne une cellule solaire. La cellule solaire comprend : un substrat (10), ainsi qu'une première couche tampon (21), une première couche de passivation (31) et une seconde couche tampon (22) formées successivement sur la surface du substrat (10), la première couche tampon (21) et la seconde couche tampon (22) pouvant empêcher des ions hydrogène de se déplacer dans le substrat (10) et/ou des ions métalliques de se déplacer hors du substrat (10). La première couche tampon (21) et la seconde couche tampon (22) dans la cellule solaire peuvent empêcher les ions hydrogène de se déplacer dans le substrat (10) et/ou les ions métalliques de se déplacer hors du substrat (10), et, par conséquent, le risque d'atténuation induite par l'hydrogène et d'atténuation induite par l'énergie potentielle peut être efficacement réduit.
