Disclosed are an in situ modified calcium sulfate whisker in a mixed solvent and a preparation method therefor, wherein a modifier comprises a high polymer material, such as an amino acid, a stearic acid, a styrene-acrylic emulsion and a calcium cellulose sulfonate. In this application, a new path is developed for recycling waste, and a high value-added high-performance nano calcium sulfate material is synthesized from the by-products. The method is particularly suitable for recycling the “three wastes”, and has the advantages of a simple production process, mild conditions, a low production cost, a good product performance, etc. The modified product can significantly enhance the mechanical properties of a composite material and the adhesive strength and the water resistance of an adhesive, and has a wide range of uses.

L'invention concerne une trichite de sulfate de calcium modifiée in situ dans un solvant mixte et son procédé de préparation, un modificateur comprenant un matériau haut polymère, tel qu'un acide aminé, un acide stéarique, une émulsion styrène-acrylique et un sulfonate de cellulose de calcium. Dans cette demande, une nouvelle voie est développée pour le recyclage de déchets, et un matériau à base de sulfate de calcium nanométrique à haute performance et à forte valeur ajoutée est synthétisé à partir des sous-produits. Le procédé convient particulièrement pour le recyclage des " trois déchets ", et présente les avantages d'un procédé de production simple, de conditions douces, d'un faible coût de production, d'une bonne performance de produit, etc. Le produit modifié permet d'améliorer considérablement les propriétés mécaniques d'un matériau composite et la force adhésive et la résistance à l'eau d'un adhésif, et présente une large gamme d'utilisations.

一种混合溶剂中原位改性硫酸钙晶须及其制备方法,改性剂包含氨基酸、硬脂酸、苯丙乳液和纤维素磺酸钙等高分子原料。开辟了废弃物资源化及副产品合成高附加值高性能纳米硫酸钙材料的新途径。特别适合"三废"资源化,具有生产工艺简单、条件温和,生产成本低、产品性能好等优点。改性产品可明显增强复合材料的力学性能及胶黏剂的胶合强度和耐水性,具有广泛用途。
