The present invention provides a quantum dot and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method for the quantum dot comprises: respectively preparing a first solution, a second solution, and a cesium oleate solution; mixing the first solution and the cesium oleate solution and making same react, so as to obtain a reaction solution; performing centrifugal separation on the reaction solution to obtain an intermediate quantum dot; and dispersing the intermediate quantum dot in the non-polar organic solvent, adding the second solution, making same react, so as to obtain a target quantum dot.

La présente invention concerne un point quantique et son procédé de préparation. Le procédé de préparation du point quantique comprend : la préparation d’une première solution, d’une seconde solution et d’une solution d’oléate de césium respectivement ; le mélange de la première solution et de la solution d’oléate de césium et leur réaction afin d’obtenir une solution de réaction ; l'exécution d’une séparation centrifuge sur la solution de réaction pour obtenir un point quantique intermédiaire ; la dispersion du point quantique intermédiaire dans le solvant organique non polaire, l’ajout de la seconde solution, leur réaction, afin d’obtenir un point quantique cible.

本发明提供一种量子点及其制备方法,该量子点的制备方法包括:分别制备第一溶液、第二溶液以及油酸铯溶液;将第一溶液、油酸铯溶液混合并使其发生反应,得到反应液;对所述反应液进行离心分离,得到中间量子点;将所述中间量子点分散于所述非极性有机溶剂中,并加入第二溶液,使其发生反应,得到目标量子点。
