A polyimide thin film and a flexible display device covering substrate using same. The polyimide thin film comprises polyimide and a blue infrared absorber. The blue infrared absorber includes cesium tungsten oxide, tungsten oxide, Prussian blue or tin antimony oxide. The blue infrared absorber has the effects of infrared absorption and light-to-heat conversion, can raise the surface temperature of a polyimide resin by means of infrared irradiation and shorten the baking time.

L'invention concerne un film mince de polyimide et un substrat de revêtement de dispositif d'affichage souple utilisant celui-ci. Le film mince de polyimide comprend un polyimide et un absorbeur d'infrarouge bleu. L'absorbeur d'infrarouge bleu comprend de l'oxyde de tungstène de césium, de l'oxyde de tungstène, du bleu de Prusse ou de l'oxyde d'antimoine d'étain. L'absorbeur d'infrarouge bleu possède des effets d'absorption infrarouge et de conversion de lumière en chaleur, peut élever la température de surface d'une résine polyimide au moyen d'une irradiation par infrarouge et raccourcir le temps de cuisson.

一种聚酰亚胺薄膜及使用其的柔性显示装置覆盖基板,该聚酰亚胺薄膜包括聚酰亚胺以及蓝色的红外线吸收剂,蓝色的红外线吸收剂包括氧化铯钨、氧化钨、普鲁士蓝或氧化锡锑。蓝色的红外线吸收剂具有红外线吸收与光热转换效果,可经由红外线照射提升聚酰亚胺树脂的表面温度,缩短烘烤时间。
