Abstract

A method is provided for remote monitoring, decision making and operation of one or more parameters of on-site well operation equipment. The method includes collecting data corresponding to the at least one parameter by one or more on-site sensor modules assigned to the equipment for monitoring joint make-up of tubing and casing connections; transmitting the collected data to an on-site make-up monitoring system; transmitting said collected data from the on-site make-up monitoring system to a cloud or edge-based system for storage, display and analysis; accessing collected day by one or more users via one or more dedicated remote portals for review or analysis; and transmitting instructions from any one or more users via the remote portal and cloud or edge-based system back to the on-site make-up monitoring system for modifying the operation of the equipment within predefined limits. A system for remote monitoring, decision making and operation of one or more parameters of on-site well operation equipment is further provided as well as a calibration system and a calibration method for calibrating mechanized well operation equipment.

L'invention concerne un procédé de surveillance à distance, de prise de décision et de fonctionnement d'un ou plusieurs paramètres d'un équipement d'exploitation de puits sur site. Le procédé comprend la collecte de données correspondant à l'au moins un paramètre par un ou plusieurs modules de capteurs sur site affectés à l'équipement pour surveiller le serrage de joint des connexions de tubes et de gaines; la transmission des données collectées à un système de surveillance du serrage de joint sur site; la transmission desdites données collectées du système de surveillance de serrage de joint sur site à un système en nuage ou périmétrique pour le stockage, l'affichage et l'analyse; l'accès à la journée de collecte par un ou plusieurs utilisateurs par le biais d'un ou plusieurs portails distants dédiés pour examen ou analyse; et la transmission d'instructions par un ou plusieurs utilisateurs par le biais du portail distant et le système en nuage ou périmétrique vers le système de surveillance du serrage de joint sur site afin de modifier le fonctionnement de l'équipement au sein de limites prédéfinies. L'invention concerne en outre un système de surveillance à distance, de prise de décision et de fonctionnement d'un ou plusieurs paramètres d'un équipement d'exploitation de puits sur site, ainsi qu'un système d'étalonnage et un procédé d'étalonnage pour étalonner un équipement d'exploitation de puits mécanisé.
