A system, apparatus, method, and computer program product used in a new radio (NR) system includes a processor and a memory storing computer-executable instructions that when executed by a processor cause a first user equipment (UE) having a plurality of antenna panels to perform Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) sidelink (SL) radio communication with a second UE. Systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer program products for performing a discovery procedure in a NR system, for performing a reference signal communication in a NR system, controlling a timing offset in a NR system, and performing beam management in a NR system are also described.

Selon l'invention, un système, un appareil, un procédé et un produit-programme informatique utilisés dans un système nouvelle radio (NR) comprennent un processeur et une mémoire stockant des instructions exécutables par ordinateur qui, lorsqu'elles sont exécutées par un processeur, amènent un premier équipement utilisateur (UE) comprenant une pluralité de panneaux d'antenne à effectuer une communication radio de liaison latérale (SL) de véhicule à tout (V2X) avec un second UE. L'invention concerne des systèmes, des appareils, des procédés et des produits-programmes informatiques permettant d'exécuter une procédure de découverte dans un système NR, d'effectuer une communication de signal de référence dans un système NR, de commander un décalage de synchronisation dans un système NR et d'effectuer une gestion de faisceau dans un système NR.
