Methods, systems, and apparatus to facilitate a fault triggered diode emulation mode of a transistor (104a, 104b). An example apparatus (100) includes a driver (103) to output a control signal to a gate terminal of a transistor (104a, 104b) of a power converter; and a diode emulation control circuit (114a, 114b) to, in response to determining a fault corresponding to the transistor (104a, 104b), enable the transistor (104a, 104b) when current flows in a direction from a source terminal of the transistor to a drain terminal of the transistor (104a, 104b).

L'invention concerne des procédés, des systèmes et un appareil permettant de faciliter un mode d'émulation de diode déclenché en cas de défaut d'un transistor (104a, 104b). Un appareil donné à titre d'exemple (100) comprend un circuit d'attaque (103) destiné à émettre un signal de commande vers une borne de grille d'un transistor (104a, 104b) d'un convertisseur de puissance; et un circuit de commande d'émulation de diode (114a, 114b) conçu pour, en cas de détermination d'un défaut correspondant au transistor (104a, 104b), activer le transistor (104a, 104b) lorsque le courant circule dans une direction allant d'une borne de source du transistor à une borne de drain du transistor (104a, 104b).
