A solar panel module has a flexible circuit board, a matrix of solar cells surface mounted thereto, a coverglass extending over the matrix of solar cells and the flexible circuit board bonded to a rigid support panel. The circuitry including electrical connection pads in an arrangement on the first side surface for electrical connection of the circuitry to each of the matrix of solar cells, flat bypass diodes may be disposed on the first side surface under the cells and connecting to the circuitry. Conductive adhesives adhering each of the solar cells to the flex circuit at the electrical connection pads that correlate to electrical connection points on underside of each solar cells. The first side having a plurality of standoffs for receiving each of the matrix of solar cells providing raised levels for the solar cells, the landing portions projecting outwardly from a base level surface.

La présente invention concerne un module de panneau solaire présentant une carte de circuit imprimé souple, une matrice de surface de photopiles montée sur cette dernière, un verre de protection s'étendant sur la matrice de photopiles et la carte de circuit imprimé souple liée à un panneau de support rigide. Les circuits comprennent des plages de connexion électrique agencées sur la première surface latérale afin de permettre la connexion électrique des circuits à chacune de la matrice des photopiles. Des diodes en parallèle plates peuvent être disposées sur la première surface latérale sous les piles et sont connectées aux circuits. Des adhésifs conducteurs font adhérer chacune des photopiles au circuit souple au niveau des plages de connexion électrique qui sont en corrélation avec des points de connexion électrique sur la face inférieure de chaque photopile. Le premier côté comporte une pluralité d'entretoises destinées à recevoir chacune de la matrice de photopiles fournissant des niveaux élevés aux photopiles, les parties d'atterrissage faisant saillie vers l'extérieur à partir d'une surface de niveau de base.
