Abstract

An integrated process for maximizing recovery of LPG is provided. The process comprises providing a hydrocarbonaceous feed comprising naphtha, and a hydrogen stream to a reforming zone. The hydrocarbonaceous feed is reformed in the reforming zone in the presence of the hydrogen stream and a reforming catalyst to provide a reformate effluent stream. At least a portion of the reformate effluent stream and at least one stream comprising C6- hydrocarbons from one or more of a hydrocracking zone, an isomerization zone, and a transalkylation zone is passed to a debutanizer column of the reforming zone to provide a fraction comprising liquid petroleum gas (LPG) and a debutanizer column bottoms stream.

L'invention concerne un procédé intégré permettant de maximiser la récupération de gaz de pétrole liquéfié (GPL). Le procédé comprend la fourniture d'une charge hydrocarbonée comprenant du naphta, et un flux d'hydrogène à une zone de reformage. La charge hydrocarbonée est reformée dans la zone de reformage en présence du flux d'hydrogène et d'un catalyseur de reformage pour fournir un flux d'effluent de reformat. Au moins une partie du flux d'effluent de reformat et au moins un flux comprenant des hydrocarbures en C6 à partir d'une ou de plusieurs d'une zone d'hydrocraquage, d'une zone d'isomérisation, et d'une zone de transalkylation sont transmise à une colonne de débutaniseur de la zone de reformage pour fournir une fraction comprenant du gaz de pétrole liquéfié (GPL) et un flux de fond de colonne de débutaniseur.
