A method for flow cytometry evaluation of unassociated non-enveloped viral particles having a non-enveloped viral capsid includes preparing a fluorescently-stained fluid sample in which at least one fluorescent staining step is performed at an acidic pH in an acidic pH range and then subjecting the fluorescently-stained fluid sample to flow cytometry evaluation. A kit includes a plurality of sealed container with a first sealed container containing a fluorescent stain composition and a second sealed container including an aqueous dilution liquid at an acidic pH.

La présente invention concerne un procédé d'évaluation par cytométrie en flux de particules virales non enrobées non associées ayant une capside virale non enveloppée qui comprend la préparation d'un échantillon de fluide coloré par fluorescence dans lequel au moins une étape de coloration fluorescente est réalisée à un pH acide dans une plage de pH acide, puis la soumission de l'échantillon de fluide coloré par fluorescence à une évaluation par cytométrie en flux. L'invention concerne également un kit comprenant une pluralité de contenants scellés avec un premier récipient scellé contenant une composition de coloration fluorescente et un second récipient scellé comprenant un liquide de dilution aqueux à un pH acide.
