Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a coaxial cable-type plasma lamp device. The present invention is achieved through a process that involves: forming a metal layer by metalizing the inner surface of an insertion hole formed in a side panel that forms the side surface of a discharge tube which is filled with a discharge gas and in which plasma discharge occurs through the discharge gas; inserting, into the insertion hole, a brazing filler and an inner conductor installed inside the discharge tube; brazing the side surface of the inner conductor, as well as the metal layer formed on the inner surface of the insertion hole; bonding a side panel to one open side of the discharge tube; and bonding a side panel, which is provided with a gas injection port for plasma discharge, to the other open side of the discharge tube. According to the present invention, the inner conductor can be fixed and installed on one side surface of the discharge tube through the metalizing process and the brazing process, and thus the production yield of discharge tubes during mass production can be increased.

Un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif de lampe à plasma de type à câble coaxial est divulgué. La présente invention est obtenue par un procédé qui consiste à : former une couche métallique par métallisation de la surface interne d'un trou d'insertion formé dans un panneau latéral qui forme la surface latérale d'un tube à décharge qui est rempli d'un gaz de décharge et dans lequel une décharge de plasma se produit à travers le gaz de décharge ; insérer, dans le trou d'insertion, un produit d'apport de brasage et un conducteur interne installé à l'intérieur du tube à décharge ; braser la surface latérale du conducteur interne, et la couche métallique formée sur la surface interne du trou d'insertion ; lier un panneau latéral à un côté ouvert du tube à décharge ; et lier un panneau latéral, qui est pourvu d'un orifice d'injection de gaz pour la décharge de plasma, à l'autre côté ouvert du tube à décharge. Selon la présente invention, le conducteur interne peut être fixé et installé sur une surface latérale du tube à décharge par le biais du procédé de métallisation et du procédé de brasage, ce qui permet d'augmenter et le rendement de production de tubes à décharge pendant la production en masse.

동축 케이블형 플라즈마 램프 장치의 제조 방법이 개시된다. 본 발명은, 방전 가스로 충진되고, 방전 가스를 통해 플라즈마 방전이 일어나는 방전관의 측면을 형성하는 측면 패널에 형성된 삽입홀의 내측면을 메탈라이징 처리함으로써 금속층을 형성하고, 삽입홀에 브레이징 필러(Brazing Filler) 및 방전관의 내부에 설치되는 내부 도체(Inner Conductor)를 삽입하며, 삽입홀의 내측면에 형성된 금속층과 내부 도체의 측면을 브레이징 처리하고, 측면 패널을 방전관의 개방된 일측에 접합하고, 플라즈마 방전용 가스 주입구가 구비된 측면 패널을 방전관의 개방된 타측에 접합하는 과정을 통해 구현된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 내부 도체를 방전관의 일측면에 메탈라이징 처리 및 브레이징 처리를 통해 고정 설치할 수 있게 됨에 따라, 방전관의 대량 생산 과정에서의 생산 수율을 높일 수 있게 된다.
