The disclosure relates to a communication technique for convergence of a 5G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate beyond a 4G system with an IoT technology, and a system therefor. The disclosure may be applied to intelligent services (e.g., smart homes, smart buildings, smart cities, smart cars or connected cars, health care, digital education, retail business, security and safety-related services, etc.) based on 5G communication technology and IoT-related technology. The disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for detecting an uplink listen-before-talk (LBT) failure when using a 3GPP 5G new radio (NR) technology in a wireless communication system.

La présente invention concerne une technique de communication permettant de faire converger un système de communication 5G pour prendre en charge un débit de transmission de données supérieur à celui d’un système 4G au moyen de la technologie de l'IdO, et un système associé. La présente invention peut être appliquée à des services intelligents (par exemple, des services associés à des maisons intelligentes, à des bâtiments intelligents, à des villes intelligentes, à des voitures intelligentes ou à des voitures connectées, aux soins de santé, à l'éducation numérique, au commerce de détail, à la sécurité et à la sûreté, etc.) sur la base de la technologie de communication 5G et de la technologie associée à l'IdO. L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil pour détecter une défaillance d'écoute avant de parler (LBT) en liaison montante lors de l'utilisation d'une technologie nouvelle radio (NR) 5G 3 GPP dans un système de communication sans fil.
