An image decoding method performed by a decoding device according to the present document comprises the steps of: acquiring information related to prediction of a current block from a bit stream; deriving an intra prediction type for the current block from among intra prediction types on the basis of the information related to prediction; forming an intra prediction mode candidate list of the current block on the basis of intra prediction modes of peripheral blocks around the current block; deriving an intra prediction mode of the current block on the basis of the intra prediction mode candidate list; deriving reference samples of the current block on the basis of the intra prediction type and the intra prediction mode; and producing prediction samples of the current block on the basis of the reference samples.

L'invention concerne un procédé de décodage d'image mis en œuvre par un dispositif de décodage, comprenant les étapes consistant à : acquérir des informations relatives à la prédiction d'un bloc actuel à partir d'un train de bits ; dériver un type de prédiction intra pour le bloc actuel parmi des types de prédiction intra sur la base des informations relatives à la prédiction ; former une liste de candidats de mode de prédiction intra du bloc actuel sur la base de modes de prédiction intra de blocs périphériques autour du bloc actuel ; dériver un mode de prédiction intra du bloc actuel sur la base de la liste de candidats de mode de prédiction intra ; dériver des échantillons de référence du bloc actuel sur la base du type de prédiction intra et du mode de prédiction intra ; et produire des échantillons de prédiction du bloc actuel sur la base des échantillons de référence.

본 문서에 따른 디코딩 장치에 의하여 수행되는 영상 디코딩 방법은 비트스트림으로부터 현재 블록에 대한 예측 관련 정보를 획득하는 단계, 상기 예측 관련 정보를 기반으로 인트라 예측 타입들 중 상기 현재 블록에 대한 인트라 예측 타입을 도출하는 단계, 상기 현재 블록의 주변 블록들의 인트라 예측 모드들을 기반으로 상기 현재 블록의 인트라 예측 모드 후보 리스트를 구성하는 단계, 상기 인트라 예측 모드 후보 리스트를 기반으로 상기 현재 블록의 인트라 예측 모드를 도출하는 단계, 상기 인트라 예측 타입 및 상기 인트라 예측 모드를 기반으로 상기 현재 블록의 참조 샘플들을 도출하는 단계 및 상기 참조 샘플들을 기반으로 상기 현재 블록의 예측 샘플들을 생성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
