An image encoding/decoding method and apparatus is provided. The image decoding method according to the present disclosure may comprise the steps of: on the basis of information relating to a prediction mode of a current block, determining whether the prediction mode of the current block is an intra-prediction mode; determining whether a transform mode of the current block is a transform skip mode; when the prediction mode of the current block is the intra-prediction mode, determining whether an intra-prediction technique of the current block is an intra sub-partitions (ISP) mode; and on the basis of the transform mode of the current block and whether the intra-prediction technique of the current block is ISP, generating a transform coefficient block of the current block.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil de codage/décodage d'image. Le procédé de décodage d'image selon la présente invention peut comprendre les étapes consistant : en fonction d'informations relatives à un mode de prédiction d'un bloc courant, à déterminer si le mode de prédiction du bloc courant est un mode de prédiction intra; à déterminer si un mode de transformation du bloc courant est un mode de saut de transformation; quand le mode de prédiction du bloc courant est le mode prédiction intra, à déterminer si une technique de prédiction intra du bloc courant est un mode de sous-partitions intra (ISP); et en fonction du mode de transformation du bloc courant et si la technique de prédiction intra du bloc courant est l'ISP, à générer un bloc de coefficient de transformation du bloc courant.

영상 부호화/복호화 방법 및 장치가 제공된다. 본 개시에 따른 영상 복호화 방법은 현재 블록의 예측 모드에 관한 정보에 기초하여, 상기 현재 블록의 예측 모드가 인트라 예측 모드인지 여부를 판단하는 단계, 상기 현재 블록의 변환 모드가 변환 스킵 모드인지 여부를 판단하는 단계, 상기 현재 블록의 예측 모드가 인트라 예측 모드인 경우, 상기 현재 블록의 인트라 예측 기법이 ISP(Intra Sub-Partitions) 모드인지 여부를 판단하는 단계 및 상기 현재 블록의 변환 모드 및 상기 현재 블록의 인트라 예측 기법이 ISP인지 여부에 기초하여, 상기 현재 블록의 변환 계수 블록을 생성하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
