The present disclosure relates to a communication method and system for converging a 5th-Generation (5G) communication system for supporting higher data rates beyond a 4th-Generation (4G) system with a technology for Internet of Things (IoT). The present disclosure may be applied to intelligent services based on the 5G communication technology and the IoT-related technology, such as smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car, connected car, health care, digital education, smart retail, security and safety services. A method performed by a first terminal in a communication system is provided. The method includes transmitting data of a physical side link shared channel (PSSCH) and sidelink control information (SCI) associated with the data, and receiving, from a second terminal, a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback for the data, wherein the HARQ feedback is performed based on a distance between the first terminal and the second terminal, in case that the SCI includes location information of the first terminal.

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un système de communication permettant de faire converger un système de communication de 5ème génération (5G) destiné à prendre en charge des débits de données supérieurs à ceux d'un système de 4ème génération(4G) avec une technologie de l’Internet des objets (IdO). La présente invention peut être appliquée à des services intelligents basés sur la technologie de communication 5G et sur la technologie liée à IdO, tels que d'un immeuble intelligent, une ville intelligente, une voiture intelligente, une voiture connectée, des soins de santé, l'éducation numérique, le commerce de détail intelligent, les services de sûreté et de sécurité. L'invention concerne un procédé exécuté par un premier terminal dans un système de communication. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à : transmettre des données d'un canal partagé de liaison latérale physique (PSSCH) et des informations de commande de liaison latérale (SCI) associées aux données, et recevoir, en provenance d'un second terminal, une rétroaction de demande de répétition automatique hybride (HARQ) pour les données, la rétroaction HARQ étant exécutée sur la base d'une distance entre le premier terminal et le second terminal, dans le cas où les SCI comprennent des informations d'emplacement du premier terminal.
