According to the disclosure of the present document, LMCS data and/or an ALF parameter can be signaled on the basis of type information from a parameter set. A default LMCS model comprised in the parameter set can be selectively used for an LMCS procedure. Therefore, the amount of data to be signaled for video/image coding is reduced and coding efficiency can be increased.

Selon l'invention, des données LMCS et/ou un paramètre ALF peuvent être signalés sur la base d'informations de type à partir d'un ensemble de paramètres. Un modèle LMCS par défaut compris dans l'ensemble de paramètres peut être utilisé de manière sélective pour une procédure LMCS. Par conséquent, la quantité de données à signaler pour le codage d'image/vidéo est réduite et l'efficacité de codage peut être augmentée.
