The present invention pertains to: a novel Lactobacillus sakei WIKIM0109 isolated from Kimchi; and a composition containing same. The Lactobacillus sakei WIKIM0109 according to the present invention is a lactic acid bacteria having an activity of inhibiting IgG and IgG2a production in blood and an activity of inhibiting IFN-γ, IL-17, and TNF-α production, and can be used in various applications, such as for preventing and ameliorating arthritis, or improving intestinal regulation in humans or animals.

La présente invention concerne un nouveau Lactobacillus sakei WIKIM0109 isolé à partir de kimchi, et une composition le contenant. Le Lactobacillus sakei WIKIM0109 selon la présente invention est une bactérie d'acide lactique ayant une activité d'inhibition de La production d'IgG et d'IgG2a dans le sang et une activité d'inhibition de l'IFN-gamma, IL-17, et la production de TNF-alpha, et peut être utilisé pour diverses applications, telles que la prévention et l'amélioration de l'arthrite, ou l'amélioration de la régulation intestinale chez l'homme ou l'animal.

본 발명은 김치로부터 분리된 신규한 락토바실러스 사케아이 WIKIM0109(Lactobacillus sakei WIKIM0109) 및 이를 포함하는 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 락토바실러스 사케아이 WIKIM0109는 혈중 IgG 및 IgG2a 생성 억제 활성과 IFN-γ, IL-17 및 TNF-α 생성을 억제 활성을 갖는, 유산균으로서 사람 또는 동물의 관절염의 예방 및 개선, 정장 등의 용도를 위해 다양하게 활용될 수 있다.
