A method for manufacturing a metal card according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step for forming a metal card by laminating a stack of sheets in which are stacked a plurality of sheets, centred on a metal sheet, including adhesive sheets having the same size as the metal sheet, an upper inlay sheet having a first antenna, and a lower inlay sheet having a second antenna; a step for forming a COB accommodation space, which can accommodate a COB, by milling a certain area of the metal card using computerized numerical control (CNC) machining; a step for forming a through-hole, which exposes the first antenna and the second antenna, by milling a COB contact point region of the COB accommodation space down to the lower inlay sheet; a step for electrically connecting the first antenna and the second antenna by dispensing a conductive elastic liquid into the through-hole; and a step for bidirectionally connecting the first antenna and the second antenna to the COB by attaching the COB within the COB accommodation space so that the COB contact point is connected by the conductive elastic liquid.

Selon ‌un‌ ‌mode‌ ‌de‌ réalisation,‌ ‌la‌ présente invention ‌concerne‌ un procédé de fabrication d'une carte métallique qui comprend : une étape de formation d'une carte métallique par stratification d'une pile de feuilles dans laquelle sont empilées une pluralité de feuilles, centrée sur une feuille métallique, comprenant des feuilles adhésives ayant la même taille que la feuille métallique, une feuille d'incrustation supérieure ayant une première antenne, et une feuille d'incrustation inférieure ayant une seconde antenne ; une étape pour former un espace de réception de COB, qui peut recevoir un COB, par fraisage d'une certaine zone de la carte métallique à l'aide d'un usinage de commande numérique informatisée (CNC); une étape de formation d'un trou traversant, qui expose la première antenne et la seconde antenne, par fraisage d'une région de point de contact COB de l'espace de réception de COB jusqu'à la feuille d'incrustation inférieure ; une étape qui consiste à connecter électriquement la première antenne et la seconde antenne par distribution d'un liquide élastique conducteur dans le trou traversant ; et une étape qui consiste à connecter de manière bidirectionnelle la première antenne et la seconde antenne au COB en attachant le COB à l'intérieur de l'espace de réception de COB de telle sorte que le point de contact de COB est connecté par le liquide élastique conducteur.

본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 메탈 카드의 제조 방법은, 메탈 시트를 중심으로 상기 메탈 시트와 동일한 크기의 접착 시트와, 제1 안테나가 형성된 상부 인레이 시트 및 제2 안테나가 형성된 하부 인레이 시트를 포함하는 복수의 시트들을 적층한 적층 시트를 라미네이팅하여 메탈 카드를 형성하는 단계; 상기 메탈 카드에 CNC(Computerized Numerical Control) 공작 가공을 통해, 일정 영역을 밀링하여 COB를 수용 가능한 COB 수용 공간을 형성하는 단계; 상기 COB 수용 공간의 COB 접점 영역을 상기 하부 인레이 시트까지 밀링하여, 상기 제1 안테나 및 상기 제2 안테나가 노출된 관통 홀을 형성하는 단계; 상기 관통 홀 내부에 전도성 탄성체 액체를 디스펜싱하여, 상기 제1 안테나 및 상기 제2 안테나가 전기적으로 연결되도록 처리하는 단계; 및 상기 전도성 탄성체 액체에 의해 상기 COB 접점이 연결되도록 상기 COB를 상기 COB 수용 공간상에 부착하여, 상기 제1 안테나 및 상기 제2 안테나를 상기 COB와 양방향 연결 처리하는 단계를 포함한다.
