A disclosed turbocompressor directly connected to a pipe comprises: a motor frame having a stator and a rotor supported thereby and contained therein; axial vanes disposed at an interval along the periphery of the outer surface of the motor frame such that the flow of a fluid passing along the outer surface of the motor frame is guided in the axial direction of the rotor; a guide pipe provided as a tube body surrounding the periphery of the outer surface of the motor frame, the axial vanes being connected to and provided on the inner surface of the guide vane; a compression unit disposed in front of the motor frame in the direction of flow of the fluid and coupled to the rotor so as to suction and compress the fluid by means of rotations of the rotor, the compression unit forming a flow of the fluid in the axial direction of the rotor on the outer surface of the motor frame; a suction barrier for cooling provided downstream of the axial vanes with regard to the outer surface of the motor frame and formed so as to face the direction of flow of the fluid along the periphery of the outer surface of the motor frame, the suction barrier for cooling being provided so as to communicate with the interior of the motor frame; and a discharge barrier for cooling provided downstream of the suction barrier for cooling with regard to the outer surface of the motor frame and formed so as to face the direction of flow of the fluid along the periphery of the outer surface of the motor frame, the discharge barrier for cooling being provided so as to communicate with the interior of the motor frame, thereby discharging a fluid introduced into the motor frame through the suction barrier for cooling by means of an ejector effect.

La présente invention concerne un turbocompresseur directement raccordé à un tuyau et comprenant : un bâti de moteur ayant un stator et un rotor supportés par celui-ci et contenus à l'intérieur de celui-ci ; des aubes axiales disposées à un intervalle le long de la périphérie de la surface extérieure du bâti de moteur de telle sorte que l'écoulement d'un fluide passant le long de la surface extérieure du bâti de moteur est guidé dans la direction axiale du rotor ; un tuyau de guidage se présentant sous la forme d'un corps de tube entourant la périphérie de la surface extérieure du bâti de moteur, les aubes axiales étant raccordées à la surface intérieure de l'aube directrice et disposées sur ladite surface ; une unité de compression disposée devant le bâti de moteur dans la direction d'écoulement du fluide et accouplée au rotor de manière à aspirer et à comprimer le fluide au moyen de rotations du rotor, l'unité de compression formant un écoulement du fluide dans la direction axiale du rotor sur la surface extérieure du bâti de moteur ; une barrière d'aspiration pour le refroidissement disposée en aval des aubes axiales par rapport à la surface extérieure du bâti de moteur et formée de manière à faire face à la direction d'écoulement du fluide le long de la périphérie de la surface extérieure du bâti de moteur, la barrière d'aspiration pour le refroidissement étant disposée de façon à communiquer avec l'intérieur du bâti de moteur ; et une barrière d'évacuation pour le refroidissement disposée en aval de la barrière d'aspiration pour le refroidissement par rapport à la surface extérieure du bâti de moteur et formée de manière à faire face à la direction d'écoulement du fluide le long de la périphérie de la surface extérieure du bâti de moteur, la barrière d'évacuation pour le refroidissement étant disposée de façon à communiquer avec l'intérieur du bâti de moteur, évacuant ainsi un fluide introduit dans le bâti de moteur à travers la barrière d'aspiration pour le refroidissement au moyen d'un effet éjecteur.

개시되는 배관 직결형 터보압축기는, 고정자와 회전자가 지지되어 수용되는 모터 프레임; 상기 모터 프레임의 외면 둘레를 따라 간격을 두고 배치되며, 상기 모터 프레임의 외면을 지나는 유체의 유동을 상기 회전자의 축방향으로 안내하는 축방향 베인; 상기 축방향 베인이 내면에 연결되어 구비되며, 상기 모터 프레임의 외면 둘레를 감싸는 관체로 구비되는 가이드배관; 상기 유체의 유동방향으로 상기 모터 프레임의 전방에 배치되고 상기 회전자와 결합되어 상기 회전자의 회전에 의해 상기 유체의 흡입 및 압축을 수행하고, 상기 모터 프레임의 외면에 상기 회전자의 축방향으로의 상기 유체의 유동을 형성하는 압축부; 상기 모터 프레임의 외면으로서 상기 축방향 베인의 하류에 구비되며, 상기 모터 프레임의 외면 둘레를 따라서 상기 유체의 유동 방향을 마주하도록 형성되고, 상기 모터 프레임의 내부와 연통하도록 구비되는 냉각용 흡입격벽; 및 상기 모터 프레임의 외면으로서 상기 냉각용 흡입격벽의 하류에 구비되며,상기 모터 프레임의 외면 둘레를 따라서 상기 유체의 유동 방향을 향하도록 형성되고, 상기 모터 프레임의 내부와 연통하도록 구비되어 이젝터 효과(Ejector)에 의해 상기 냉각용 흡입격벽을 통해 상기 모터 프레임의 내부에 유입된 유체를 배출시키는 냉각용 토출격벽;을 포함한다.
