Abstract

The present invention relates to a microwave furnace which can easily be manufactured and exhibits excellent heat generating property. The microwave furnace comprises: a body (2); a magnetron (4) which is disposed adjacent to the body (2); a waveguide (6) which communicates to the upper surface of the body (2) from the magnetron (4); a fire-resistant chamber (22) which surrounds both-side walls (24) of a transfer path and a floor part (23) along the transfer path connecting an input port (11) and a discharge port (12) inside the body (2), and is formed from fire resistant bricks or a fire resistant castable; a ceramic heating plate (20) which is mounted on the open upper surface so as to directly face the waveguide (6) of the fire resistant chamber (22), and can radiate heat in response to microwaves; and a fire resistant insulating part (26) filled on the rear surface and upper surface of the fire resistant chamber (22).

La présente invention concerne un four à micro-ondes qui peut être fabriqué facilement et présente une excellente propriété de génération de chaleur. Le four à micro-ondes comprend : un corps (2) ; un magnétron (4) qui est disposé de manière adjacente au corps (2) ; un guide d'ondes (6) qui communique avec la surface supérieure du corps (2) à partir du magnétron (4) ; une chambre résistante au feu (22) qui entoure les deux parois latérales (24) d'un trajet de transfert et une partie de plancher (23) le long du trajet de transfert reliant un port d'entrée (11) et un orifice de décharge (12) à l'intérieur du corps (2), et est formée à partir de briques résistantes au feu ou d'un matériau pouvant être coulé résistant au feu ; une plaque chauffante en céramique (20) qui est montée sur la surface supérieure ouverte de façon à faire face directement au guide d'ondes (6) de la chambre résistante au feu (22), et peut rayonner de la chaleur en réponse à des micro-ondes ; et une partie isolante résistante au feu (26) remplie sur la surface arrière et la surface supérieure de la chambre résistant au feu (22).

본 발명은 제작이 용이하고 발열특성이 우수한 마이크로파 가열로에 관한 것으로서, 본체(2)와, 상기 본체(2)에 인접배치되는 마그네트론(4)과, 상기 마그네트론(4)으로부터 상기 본체(2)의 상면에 연통되는 도파관(6)과, 상기 본체(2) 내에 투입구(11)와 배출구(12)를 연결하는 이송경로를 따라 바닥부(23)와 이송경로의 양측벽(24)을 감싸도록 구비되며 내화벽돌 또는 내화캐스터블에 의해 형성되는 내화챔버(22)과, 상기 내화챔버(22)의 도파관(6)에 직접 면하도록 개방된 상면에 탑재되며 마이크로파에 감응하여 발열하도록 된 세라믹발열판(20)과, 상기 내화챔버(22)의 배면과 상면에 충전되는 내화단열부(26)로 구성된다.
