A production method for a decorative sheet 20, comprising: a step in which a light-blocking film 27a and a design film 30a are laminated on one side of a base material film 21; and a step in which part of the light-blocking film 27a and part of the design film 30a are removed and a plurality of light-transmitting sections 29 are formed, as a result of irradiating a laser light L1 from one side of the base material film 21. The design film 30a, which has part thereof removed, forms a design layer 30 displaying a design. The light-blocking film 27a, which has part thereof removed, forms a light-blocking layer 27 that covers the design layer 30.

L’invention concerne un procédé de production d'une feuille décorative (20), comprenant : une étape dans laquelle un film occultant la lumière (27a) et un film à motif (30a) sont stratifiés sur un côté d'un film de matériau de base (21) ; et une étape dans laquelle une partie du film occultant la lumière (27a) et une partie du film à motif (30a) sont retirées et une pluralité de sections laissant passer la lumière (29) sont formées, suite à l’émission d'une lumière laser L1 d'un côté du film de matériau de base (21). Le film à motif (30a), ayant une partie de ce dernier retirée, forme une couche à motif (30) affichant un motif. Le film occultant la lumière (27a), ayant une partie de ce dernier retirée, forme une couche occultant la lumière (27) qui recouvre la couche à motif (30).

加飾シート20の製造方法は、基材フィルム21の一方の側に遮光膜27a及び意匠膜30aを積層する工程と、基材フィルム21の側からレーザー光L1が照射されることで、遮光膜27a及び意匠膜30aの一部が除去され、複数の透過部29が形成される工程と、を備える。一部が除去された意匠膜30aは、意匠を表示する意匠層30を形成する。一部が除去された遮光膜27aは、意匠層30を覆う遮光層27を形成する。
