An automobile undercarriage component according to the present invention is provided with a welded joint in which a first steel sheet and a second steel sheet are overlaid on each other and a fillet weld part is formed between an edge surface of the first steel sheet and a surface of the second steel sheet, wherein the chemical components for a weld metal that forms the welded joint include, in % by mass relative to the whole mass of the weld metal, 0.02 to 0.20% of C, 0 to 0.10% exclusive of Si, 0.3 to 2.0% of Mn, 0.002 to 0.30% of Al, 0.005 to 0.30% of Ti, more than 0% and 0.015% or less of P, and more than 0% and 0.030% or less of S and the requirements represented by formulae (1) and (2) are satisfied. Formula (1): [Al]+[Ti] > 0.05 Formula (2): 7×[Mn]-112×[Ti]-30×[Al] ≦ 4.0

L’invention concerne un élément châssis d'automobile équipé d'un joint soudé dans lequel une première tôle d'acier et une seconde tôle d'acier sont superposées l'une sur l'autre et une partie soudure d’angle est formée entre une surface de bord de la première tôle d'acier et une surface de la seconde tôle d'acier, les constituants chimiques d’un métal de soudure qui forme le joint soudé comprenant, en % en masse par rapport à la masse totale du métal de soudure, de 0,02 à 0,20 % de C, de 0 à 0,10 % exclus de Si, de 0,3 à 2,0 % de Mn, de 0,002 à 0,30 % d'Al, de 0,005 à 0,30 % de Ti, plus de 0 % et 0,015 % ou moins de P, et plus de 0 % et 0,030 % ou moins de S et les exigences représentées par les formules (1) et (2) sont satisfaites. La formule (1) est définie comme suit : [Al]+[Ti] > 0,05 et la formule (2) est définie comme suit : 7×[Mn]-112×[Ti]-30×[Al] ≦ 4,0.

本発明の自動車用足回り部品は、第一の鋼板と第二の鋼板が重ねられ、第一の鋼板の端面と第二の鋼板の表面との間に、隅肉溶接部が形成されてなる溶接継手を備えるものであって、斯かる溶接継手を形成する溶接金属の化学成分は、溶接金属の全質量に対する質量%で、C:0.02~0.20%、Si:0超~0.10%未満、Mn:0.3~2.0%、Al:0.002~0.30%、Ti:0.005~0.30%、P:0超~0.015%、S:0超~0.030%含有するものであり、また、下記式(1)及び式(2)を満たすものである。 [Al]+[Ti]>0.05・・・・式(1) 7×[Mn]-112×[Ti]-30×[Al]≦4.0・・・・式(2)
